This beautiful holiday apartment is in the quiet Fuentes urbanisation. Situated on a hillside, just outside the town of Almunecar on the Costa Tropical, it has wonderful views out over the Mediterranean Sea All fixtures and fittings are new and in a modern style. Sunshine can be enjoyed all day long and at all times of the year, due to the large south facing terrace. Great views of the sea, coast and nearby hills can be enjoyed from many places within the urbanisation. There are 2 beautiful communal swimming pools-one an infinity pool- with breathtaking sea and coastal views and a panoramic pool, which is a few hundred yards from the apartment. The grounds are landscaped, with trees, streams, fountains and waterfalls.

Air conditioning is only included in the high season rates.

The huge patio area is 25 square metres and fully equipped with 2 sun loungers, parasols a morning coffee table with two chairs and a large glass table with 4 chairs. A two seated swing with parasol gives shade from the mid-day sun and a comfortable way to enjoy a glass of wine and that latest blockbuster novel! For sun worshippers you can enjoy unlimited sunshine from early morning until the sun goes down. The patio also has an area of shade at all times of day. The choice is yours! Four beach chairs are available for use during your stay, along with beach parasol.

Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a king sized bed, ample wardrobe space and stunning views out over the med. Fitted with a ceiling fan for summer comfort. Bedroom 2 has single beds and wardrobe space and is also fitted with a ceiling fan.

Bathroom: Fully marble tiled bathroom with bath, shower and separate WC.
