This town house is located on a quiet hill side complex with a beautiful infinity pool and breathtaking views of the Almunecar coast line.

Please Note: the infinity swimming pool is open from 15/06 to 15/09 each year, this applies to all Fuentes properties..! the upper panoramic pool is open all year weather permitting.

Just a few minutes drive to the town of Almunecar or the cosmopolitan Marina del Este. There is a local market and many fabulous restaurants and tapas bars for eating out. A spacious house with private garden off the main bedroom and 2 balconies one at the front and one at the rear.

A tastefully furnished 2 story property with the bedrooms at ground level and open plan living accommodation on the first floor.

The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk away but this is down a long hill and is quite a strenuous walk back… Beaches are also nearby at La Herradura and Calahonda, for sailing water sports enthusiasts, we have the magnificent marinas of Marina del Este and Motril nearby. There are 2 horse riding stables nearby, A trip to Nerja caves, and a great Friday market in Almunecar Golf: The Costa Tropical is known for its highly rated golf courses. Also in close proximity is the Sierra Nevada, which is just an hour away. Skiing: The Sierra Nevada mountains – principal mountain area with The Sierra Nevada National Park and Pradollano, the Sierra Nevada’s popular winter sports resort. Also many sporting activities all year round There are a variety of supermarkets to choose from if you prefer to eat in, or eat Free tapas at some great local Spanish Bars.. Almunecar has a Bird Park a Aqua Park and a stunning castle, the town also benefits from a diving school and more.
