This very stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom country house offers everything your family will need for a great get away holiday, with a 6X4 meter private swimming pool and lush gardens along with the best views west looking down over Almuneacr and to the East you can see Salobrena and all the way along to Motril.

The house offers good open plan living with a fully equipped open plan style kitchen with all the modern appliances, there is a dining area just of the kitchen with french doors leading on to the grape covered terrace and in to the fabulous gardens, the large living room with a log burning fire for the cooler months also with doors on to the terrace and gardens.

There are 3 bedrooms each of a good size and with large wardrobe space with plenty of storage space, there is a master en-suite bedroom with one double bed and a further 2 bedrooms each with twin beds so sleeping 6 people comfortable and room for a baby cot if required, all beds and furniture is of good quality.

Each bedroom has south facing sea views.

There are 2 bathrooms one is the en-suite for the master bedroom and the second bathroom is just opposite the 2 twin bedrooms, there is a guests toilet just off the living room space.

The outside gardens and terraces surround the lovely private swimming pool, there are grape vines and palm trees and a covered shaded area running the full length of the house great for the alfresco dining with the best views of the med and total peace and tranquility, there are sun-loungers and reclining chairs with parasols for relaxing around the swimming pool with a glass of local wine.

With gated private parking for 2 cars, the drive up to the house is approximately 10 minutes on concrete and dirt roads from the main N340 at Alta Mar / Alfa Mar ” please note this is a county property high up in the mountains”

Its a 15 minute drive to Almunecar or Salobrena from the house both offering all the shops restaurants and many secluded beaches to be found along this beautiful coast line on the Costa Tropical, a great location for exploring not just the local area but Granada for the wonderful Alhambra Palace or skiing at Sierra Nevada.

A private concrete road leads to the villa which is all on one level, offering disabled access throughout the house, as well as the gardens and patio/pool areas. The house comprises of extensive kitchen, 2 living rooms, 3 large bedrooms, 3 designer crafted bathrooms, a wet-room,and a utility room, all connected through a wide collonaded corridor. To the exterior are landscaped gardens, five extensive patio areas, multiple open-air dining facilities, a courtyard, a gas-fired barbecue and the pool.

The house benefits from gentle summer breezes which cool the house down on hot summer days. The accommodation is designed to be as luxurious as possible. We think that we’ve thought of everything that you need for a perfect holiday. The house and land are in a stunning position,and is not too far the town of Almunecar on the stunning Costa Tropical Spain and the beaches- its about 15 minutes drive. There’s a small bar within walking distance from the villa through the Avocado groves, and more bars and shops in nearby Torrecuevas. Pena Escrita National Park is a 10km drive inland with its public pool and animal exhibits. A car is required due to the poor public transport services, but as the road from Almunecar is fully tarmaced even the smallest size vehicle will have no trouble reaching the villa. The villa is great for children as there are no steps to negotiate, and as we have Sky TV, DVD, XBOX, there’s always something to keep the children occupied if required. Do bring your own Sky card. We also supply a iPod/MP3 player base.

The villa was designed with disabled access in mind. As a result the property is on one level with no stairs. There are gentle slopes on the patios leading down to the pool area.
