There were 3 generations of our family on board for the week and the villa provided the ideal platform for everyone to thoroughly enjoy the week.
The villa is spacious with all amenities you could need. The 3 outdoor levels were ideal to relax in and the views from each were amazing. It was lovely to dine al fresco with the Med in view below.
There is a steep drive to the villa, however thorough instructions on accessing the villa are provided before arrival which are great and work weel.
The Managers Roy & Carol was extremely helpful both in advance of our arrival and on meeting him we were given useful tips about the local area.
We found Almunecar to be a charming town, with extremely friendly locals and a good choice of quality restaurants & vibrant bars.
We would very much recommend both villa & town.

Just to let you know, we safely got home after a beautiful (10 days) April holiday in Villa Panaramico . We certainly come back to this beautiful location with its wonderful view. Everything was perfectly arranged including the extras for the long weekend stay of our children with grandchildren. Tip for other holiday guests: the little beach with its very nice restaurant Tito Yayo. The route description you send us was very helpful. Thank you for your services and hopefully we meet again.

” The apartment was terrific, with good quality furniture & fittings, together with a comprehensive range of useful kitchen utensils. The overall standard was absolutely impeccable and definitely ” hotel clean “. The swimming pools were an absolute delight, and the views in the area were exactly as described in the advertising literature.
The joining instructions were well written, and had been carefully thought out with a view to client safety and security. Carol & Roy popped round to see us, as they promised; they were attentive and eager to iron out any minor problems, besides offering helpful advice.
Any downside comments ? A road map of the immediate area would be useful so that all the entrances and exits to and from the development from local roads are clearly understood, perhaps incorporating a map/handout for local stores, buses, parking etc ? We decided to explore the area on foot and discovered a couple of lovely restaurants, besides a small supermarket.
Did we enjoy it ? Yes . Would we recommend it ? Yes . Did it meet the description ? Absolutely ! “

Thanks again for the fantastic service; we enjoyed our holidays at Almunecar.
1st The apartment first,
fully equipped very comfortable in a small residence very peaceful,
clean.
We were often alone at the swimming pool thinking that the swimming pool was
just here for us. From the terrace of the apartment we had an amazing view on
the city of Almunecar
and on the sea.
2nd The city of Almunecar
(5 minutes drive) or Nerja (15 minutes drive) with the
beach. We enjoyed to have a drink in the old centre of the cities on the
evening, eating grilled fish or tapas on restaurants.
Visiting Granadaand Malaga
from here was very easy.
It was very hard to leave the place after 2 weeks spent there.
We will come back for sure.

We had a wonderful holiday at the apartment in Almunecar, it is a nice apartment with a magnificent view and a lovely location with easy access to the pool ,that we could find just below the stairs.
All the necessities where available. a short walk to the beach and a 15 minutes walk to the town center. So in two words, wonderful holiday!

Fabulous Holiday On Fuentes de Almunecar Ref No V005
We have had a 2 weeks holiday in Almunecar, at villa V005. The house was so perfect that it felt like our own home: everything we needed was available and all of high quality, a tasteful decor. The location of the villa is superb: breathtaking views from the lovely, quiet and private terrace, where we have spend many hours enjoying a glass of wine or played games with the kids. The pools were very nice and within walking distance and part of our daily routine to relax! Also enjoyed some nice restaurants in Almunecar, recommended by Roy. Thanks to the hospitality of Roy and Carol, we have had a perfect holiday and will certainly consider coming back once!

Yes, we are back safe and sorry we couldn’t stay longer.
We wanted to thank you once again for all service we had since our arrival to your apartment. We had really good time and we will come back for sure.
Very peaceful place, quiet, clean and relaxing.
It was very useful when we found extra spices, toilet paper, liquid soap and other stuff that previous visitors left there
.
Perfect place for exploring the nearby city Almunecar such as San Miguel Castle, The Archeological Museum, The City Centre and especially the beaches.
The beach El Tesorillo isn’t as far away as it may seem. We recommend the restaurant Uha Playa at this beach. Don’t forget to order beer “Mahou”. The best beer in Spain..!

This villa is in a stunning location with spectacular views of the
sea. The terrace is a wonderful place
to chill out, we enjoyed our breakfast out there in the morning and of
course having a swim in the lovely pool. Spotlessly clean and
tastefully furnished throughout, it has all you could possibly need
and is exactly as the photos portray. We especially liked the open -
plan living area with its comfortable sofas, large TV and excellent
kitchen. You do need a car as the hill leading up to the villa is
quite steep. Ray and Carol of ” Rentals 4U ” were friendly and kind
and looked after us very well indeed. I would recommend this property
to friends.

The views are amazing, enjoyed having BBQ on the terrace, chilling out in and around the villa, the kitchen is fully equipped to cook there was nothing else more we could of asked for.
Anyone thinking of coming to stay you will not be disappointed; Roy and Carol of Rentals 4U take care of all your needs.
We were a group of 6 business men looking to relax and get away from it all and we all had a fantastic week all 6 of us came home fully relaxed.

Just returned from a great family holiday. Could not fault the villa and pool, much larger than the photos show.
The villa was spotless and well equipped with everything you need and will suit any age group.

We had a very enjoyable stay in your beautiful villa- the views of the sea were stunning and we spent most of our time overlooking the pool (was a little cool in the pool but good to refresh!). The BBQ came in useful and we enjoyed eating al fresco every evening. The villa was very spacious and we were very pleased with the room sizes especially the bathrooms!
Roy & Carol met with us at the arranged meeting point and took us on to the Villa and got us settled in and made us feel very happy that we had chosen to book this Villa and happy that we had booked with Rentals 4U.
Carol had arranged a grocery pack for us so we had tea making facilities and a nice bottle of local wine ” Thanks Carol “

This villa was amazing with spectacular views. Just as nice as the photos. It was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. We had a wonderful weeks holiday. The pool and outside of the villa is lovely and the pool is a fair size (big enough to swim in). There are no close neighbours which meant we could have the music on loud throughout the day whilst sunbathing without bothering anyone.
We arrived there late at night and found that Roy & Carol had put us a welcome pack in the Villa for us which was great..!
We had a brilliant holiday and the villa is definitely 5 star and the description is spot on. Roy and Carol were very friendly even though they had to meet us very late at night, they still showed us around and were helpful. I would recommend this property to friends.

Where do I start? Well if you want to feel like a millionaire for a week ( or two) this is the place for you. This setting really does make you feel on top of the world. The villa is perfect, with marble floors in every room and electric blinds as well. I have stayed in villas costing two to three times this villa, but I can honestly say this is better. Everything was perfect, from the apartment which had all the commodities a family with small children can ask for, to the beautiful views and the lovely surroundings. Our time in Almunecar was perfect and it quickly became our no. 1 spot in Spain! nothing compares to the peace and beauty of Playa Gallera
Needless to say, we enjoyed every single day of our stay at the apartment and plan to visit again in the future!
I would also like to say thank you to Roy, as he was very kind and helpful to us… especially when he came to the rescue on our arrival as we were a bit lost! the sat nav had taken us the opposite direction and we kept missing the famous Velilla sign!

The apartment was clean and very well equipped for our stay. Roy’s directions were clear and concise and he met up with us as arranged and was very helpful and provided local information on places to eat out at etc. The location of the apartment was lovely with views down to the town and mountains behind, and the terrace was a real sun trap for the late afternoon sun. We flew into Malaga and it was a straightforward drive of approx. 1 hours to reach Almunecar.
The infinity pool wasn’t opened as we were there in April but our boys braved the cold and went in the panoramic pool a few times.
The nearby beach at the bottom of the hill next to the Torre was pleasant for swimming and there were a couple of beach bars for drinks etc. There was also a nice bar/restaurant at the far end of La Herrudura beach which did nice tapas.
We visited Granada which was well worth the trip and was a lovely drive up through the mountains – some lovely little whitewashed villages to visit as well.
Would recommend the apartment to friends and will probably return there ourselves in the future.

I stayed at this villa with all my daughter, her husband and all my grandchildren. There were ten of us in all! What a lovely time we had and with all the spacious rooms and gardens we never felt to be on top of each other. There was plenty for the more energetic youngsters in our group with table tennis, badminton and they had lots of fun in the pool. I’m 73 years old and found the villa very relaxing and really enjoyed sitting on the terraces reading and looking at the lovely views.
We had some nice trips out to the local beaches and down into Almunecar where I loved to take a coffee or a glass of wine in one of the pretty squares. All in all it was a lovely relaxing holiday and the villa is a great place for a family holiday. Big Thanks to Roy & Carol for all your help and sugestions.

To arrive at a location at 11.30 at night and discover it to be exactly as described on the tin, is a great relief. To discover that the owners have provided tea,coffee,etc for the morning, made me feel smug having booked this holiday!
The pictures do not convey how light,airy and spacious the rooms are, and clean. The views are fantastic and give the apartment a five star feel. Both pools are of a high standard, having excellent washrooms joining them. The walk to the infinity pool was not as long as the owners described and at no time did we feel overcrowded at either of them. A car is essential at this location but that allows you the flexibility to visit the numerous restaurants that the owners recommend, most evenings a 5 min journey gave us a host of eating options. I would not only recommend this location to friends and family, I would want to go with them!

Bright, clean and comfortable apartment in a nice and well maintained complex in Fuentes. Nice large terrace/ outdoor space with great views and a sun-trap. Excellent clean infinity pool with plenty of sun loungers, shaded areas and a life guard.
Easy access from the development to Granada, Nerja, Frigliana, La Herradura etc.
Roy and Carol were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. They were among the best letting agents/property managers that we have dealt with over the years.

Our family of four stayed in an apartment for one week from 15 February 2009. Even though we arrived quite late on Sunday evening Roy and Carol met us and showed us into the apartment. Roy gave us some good advice about the local facilities and also about the ski resort in Sierra Nevada.
The apartment had fantastic views of the sea, the town and the mountains. The town is close enough to make a trip to the ski resort – I went twice so that I could get some snowboarding in.
The apartment was tastefully decorated and had a large outdoor patio area. We really enjoyed our stay and I am sure we will visit again in the future.

We rented the Villa for two weeks in August and had a great time. Roy was very helpful and gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to do in the area. The Villas & Apartments are wonderfully situated with fantastic views and have everything you will need, including air conditioning which is a big plus. There are two pools in the complex and we really fell for the infinity pool. The local beaches are excellent, especially the one at La Herradura, which is the next town.
We enjoyed ourselves greatly and will certainly be back.
